Withdrawing your application

How to cancel if you change your mind.

 

You can withdraw your application at any time before it has been accepted.

 

  1. Go to your dashboard and select the opportunity

  2. Click Withdraw Application

 

This will notify the charity that you’re no longer available and allow them to offer the role to another volunteer.

 

 

Letting the charity know

 

If you’ve already been in touch with the charity, it’s a good idea to let them know directly as well. A quick message shows courtesy and helps them plan.

 

 

💡 Tip: It’s perfectly fine to change your mind. Volunteering should fit around your life — if a role isn’t right for you, withdrawing helps everyone move forward smoothly.
