GoVo has been designed with an easy-to-use interface so that most charities won’t need formal training.
However, you’ll have access to comprehensive help materials, including detailed articles, short instructional videos, and step-by-step guides.
For charities in the early pilot, dedicated Customer Success Managers will offer hands-on support to help you upload your first roles. After launch, you’ll be able to get help through live chat and our Help Centre.
