Why is my registration still awaiting approval after I verified my email?

Email verification confirms your primary admin’s email address. Your organisation’s registration then needs to be reviewed by the GoVo Customer Success team. We aim to do this the same day that you register but please allow up to 2 working days.

You’ll receive an email when your registration has been approved.

If you need an update, contact help@govo.org with your organisation’s name and registration reference number.
