Why do some Team Days have a cost?

Team Days costs

 Some charities charge a fee for Team Days to help cover the costs of delivering the volunteering activity.
 
These costs may include:
 
- Equipment and materials
- Staff time and supervision
- Venue hire
- Training or health and safety requirements~
- Refreshments or other event costs
 
Any fee will be clearly displayed on the Team Day listing before you submit your expression of interest, so you'll know the cost upfront.
 
NOTE: RVS does not currently accept payments for any Team Day or Charity related costs, and if there is a cost to a Team Day, payment will need to be arranged directly with the charity.
