Undertaking an ID check, whether manually or digitally, is common practice within the sector for the vast majority of roles and opportunities available.

This is so that charities have received appropriate assurances and have confidence in relation to people applying for their opportunities.

Therefore, requiring one within GoVo is nothing unique, and the functionality we are building means many volunteers will only need to do it once for every charity on the platform rather than repeating it each time, reducing barriers and making it more accessible to everyone.
