Why are my opportunities not appearing on the map or postcode search?
If your opportunities aren't showing on the map or when searching by postcode, there's a reason for it.
What's Happening?
In our latest release, we introduced support for multiple location types when uploading opportunities:
- Full address
- UK-wide
- County-based
-Postcode
While these new formats are now supported during upload, they are not yet fully integrated into the map view or postcode search results on the site.
What You Can Do
You can continue uploading opportunities using the new location options. All data is being stored correctly in the system — it simply won’t appear in map or postcode searches until our next update.
What’s Next?
We’re actively working to update the map and search functionality to support these new location formats. This improvement will be included in an upcoming release.
