What do charities receive when I request a Team Day?
When you submit an expression of interest, the charity receives the information needed to assess whether they can host your group.
This includes:
- Your organisation's name
- The Team Day you've requested
- Your preferred date (if applicable)
- The number of volunteers you'd like to bring
- Any additional information you've provided
The charity will review your request and confirm whether they're able to accommodate your team.
If your request is accepted, your Team Day booking will be confirmed. If it's declined, you can browse other Team Days and submit another expression of interest
