What data does GoVo store?

To run GoVo we need to collect, use and store your personal information, like your name and email address.

If you decide to create a profile on GoVo we will need your legal name, email address, date of birth and country of residence. You can also choose to give us your preferred name, a profile picture, your telephone number, postcode, and pro-nouns to add to your profile.  

If you decide to tell us we will also collect information about your ethnicity, gender and Trans status, and any accessibility adjustments you might need, for example if you have a disability or need assistance in other ways.  

We use this information to help us make sure everyone can access GoVo, so that you can apply for volunteering opportunities and to communicate with you.
