What are the stages of verification and approval?

There are two stages after you submit your registration:

1. Email verification: the primary admin receives an email with a verification link. They need to select this link to confirm their email address.
2. Organisation approval: once the email is verified, the GoVo Customer Success team reviews your registration.

Verifying your email does not mean your organisation has been approved yet. You’ll receive an email when your registration has been approved. We aim to do this the same day that you sign up but please allow up to 2 working days before getting in touch if you haven't received your login details.
