The excel spreadsheet isn't working, why?

If you're experiencing issues uploading opportunities using the Excel spreadsheet, it's likely due to using an outdated version. We've recently updated the spreadsheet format based on user feedback, so it's important to work from the latest version to ensure compatibility.
 
How to Resolve the Issue
 
If You’ve Already Uploaded Opportunities Before:
Log in GoVo.
Download your existing opportunities from your dashboard.
Add any new opportunities to this downloaded spreadsheet, ensuring you follow the updated layout.
Save and upload the updated file.
 
🆕 If You Haven’t Uploaded Any Opportunities Yet:
Log in to GoVo.
Download the blank spreadsheet available on your dashboard.
Copy and paste your data from the old spreadsheet into the new one.
Fill in any new required columns that have been added.
Save and upload the updated spreadsheet.
Once you're using the current version of the spreadsheet, you should be able to upload opportunities without any issues.
