Roles and Responsibilities in GoVo

Understanding different user roles on the platform 

In your 'manage users' tab, you can assign users to be either an 'admin' or a 'volunteer'. Admin access allows for the following:

  • The ability to add other users as an admin
  • The option to receive reports via email
  • The ability to view and edit the company overview
  • To see when users last logged into the platform 
  • The option to suspend or block volunteers from the platform
  • The ability to search and apply for opportunities 

Volunteer access allows for the following:

  • The ability to login to GoVo.org via SSO
  • The ability to search and apply for opportunities 
  • To view the company overview information
