Steps to take if you are struggling to login to GoVo via single sign-on
Once your organisation is set up on GoVo using single sign-on, you should be able to visit govo.org, go to sign in and click sign in with single sign-on.
If for whatever reason you are unable to gain access, firstly please ensure that you are trying to sign in using SSO.
If you are still having trouble, please contact your IT admin in the first instance. They should be able to assist with any troubleshooting and can also contact the GoVo IT team if necessary.
