How do I close my GoVo account and delete my data?

If you would like your personal data removed from GoVo, you can make a deletion request at any time.

To do this, please email us at help@govo.org from the email address linked to your GoVo account.

Our team will:

• Confirm your request

• Remove your personal data in line with our privacy policy and data protection obligations

• Let you know once the deletion is complete

⚠️ Please note: requesting deletion is different from simply closing your account. Once your data is deleted, your profile and volunteering history cannot be recovered.
