If you're receiving an error message when uploading, this usually means there’s an issue with the data in your Excel spreadsheet. Don’t worry we're here to help. 

• Please ensure that all required fields are completed and there are no highlighted errors in any rows when using our uploader tool on your charity dashboard.
• Correct any issues and try uploading again.

If the problem persists, feel free to contact us by using the help function by clicking on the message icon on the right hand side of the screen. It might be helpful to take a screenshot of the error message as our team may ask for this to help diagnose the issue.
