What to do if your plans change.

 

We know that life happens and plans sometimes change. If you can’t attend an opportunity you’ve signed up for, the most important thing is to let the charity know as soon as possible.

 

 

What to do

 

  • Contact the charity quickly – tell them you’re unable to attend so they can adjust plans.

  • For one-off roles – the charity may be able to find a replacement volunteer.

  • For regular roles – try to agree a new time or schedule that works better for you.
