I haven’t received my verification email or code

Steps to fix common verification issues.

 

If you’re signing up and don’t see the email or code:

 

  1. Check your spam or junk folder – sometimes the email lands there.

  2. Double-check your details – make sure you entered the right email address or phone number.

  3. Resend the code – click Resend Code in the sign-up process.

 

 

💡 Tip: The email usually arrives within a few minutes — if it doesn’t, the most common reason is a small typo in the address.
