How do I upload my opportunity spreadsheet?

Once your spreadsheet is filled in, it’s time to upload it to the platform.
 
Step 1: Go to your charity dashboard
 
You’ll find the dashboard after logging in — it’s where you manage all your opportunities.
 
Step 2: Click ‘Upload Opportunities’
 
This is usually near the top of your dashboard. You’ll be taken to the upload screen.
 
Step 3: Choose your file
 
Click to select your file or drag and drop it into the upload box.
Tip: Your file must be in one of these formats — .csv, .xls, .xlsx, or .xlsb.
 
Step 4: Match the columns
 
The platform will try to match your columns with its own fields.
Double-check that everything looks right. You can fix any mismatches using the dropdown menus.
 
Step 5: Fix any errors
 
If there are issues (like missing required fields or typos), they’ll be flagged.
You can edit values directly or use dropdowns to correct them.
 
Step 6: Click ‘Import’
 
Once all the rows are valid, hit Import. You’ll see a confirmation message when the upload is complete.
 
Your opportunities are now uploaded — if marked as Published, they’ll appear on the platform right away.
