How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, it’s quick and easy to reset it.

Step 1: Go to the login page

• Click ‘Forgot Password?’ 

Step 2: Enter your email address

• Use the one your charity is registered with. We’ll email you a secure link.

Step 3: Set a new password

• Click the link in your email and choose a secure password you’ll remember.

Tip: Didn’t get the reset email?  Check your junk or spam folder
