How do I remove a duplicate opportunity?

If you spot a duplicate opportunity you will need to redownload the spreadsheet from the platform and unpublish any duplicates.
 
This has most likely happened if someone has reuploaded your original spreadsheet where the platform ID is blank. We use this column to determine if it is an existing opportunity but it will be blank on your first upload.  Do not amend the ID on the spreadsheet, ensure this is populated by GoVo for existing opportunities or present when updating opportunities (must remain unchanged).
 
Step 1: Login to your charity dashboard
 
Step 2: Select download  from the "Download opportunities" section at the bottom of the charity overview screen
 
Step 3: Edit the Status column in the downloaded spreadsheet to Unpublished on any duplicate opportunities and save the spreadsheet locally as your current version
 
Step 4: Reupload the updated spreadsheet
 
Tip: Always download the spreadsheet from the website when making edits or adding new roles to ensure you don't make duplicates in the future.
