How to join GoVo as an organisation supporting charities

If you support charities and community groups and want to upload opportunities on their behalf, use the Local Infrastructure Organisation registration route.

Step 1: Choose the registration route

On the GoVo website, open Join us in the top right hand corner and select 'Join as a Local Infrastructure Organisation'. Then select 'Start onboarding'.

Step 2 Tell us about your organisation

Complete About your organisation, including your organisation name, legal entity details, base country and primary cause. Complete the fields marked with an asterisk and select Next.

Step 3 Add your organisation contacts

Enter your organisation’s contact details and complete the required fields, then select Next. This should not be a named individual.

Step 4 Add your primary admin

Enter the name and email address of the person who will be the primary admin. GoVo will send a verification email to this address. You can add more admins later from your dashboard.

Step 5 Review and submit

Check the details on the Review screen. Use Edit if anything needs changing. Continue to Terms of use, read the terms and confirm your agreement before selecting Submit application.

Step 6 Verify your email

Open the email sent to your primary admin address and select Verify your email. Check your spam or junk folder if it has not arrived. 

Step 7 Wait for the review

After email verification, the GoVo team will review your application. You’ll receive an email when it has been approved. Keep the reference number from the submission screen if you need to contact us.
