How do I edit my charity profile?

Updating your charity profile is super easy—just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. On the left-hand menu, click on “Charity Profile.”
3. Hit the “Edit Profile” button in the top right corner.

Now you're in the editor! Here's what you can do:

• Update your charity name (just a heads-up: no numbers, ampersands &, or brackets allowed).
• Choose your primary and secondary categories from the dropdown menus. You'll need to set at least a primary category before you can upload any opportunities.
• If you no longer need a secondary category, you can simply delete it.
• In the “About Your Organisation” section, add a short description to let volunteers know who you are (you’ve got up to 2,000 characters to tell your story!).

Once you're happy with everything, click “Save Profile” in the top right corner.
