How do I configure my SSO with the GoVo platform?

Set up single sign-on for your organisation

Single sign-on allows for your employees to login to GoVo with one click using their work email address. 

To set up SSO, we require a one hour call with your IT or technical team to run through the process. 

You will need to ensure: 

  • You have admin rights in their IdP for:

    • Creating a new Enterprise App (SAML or OIDC)

    • Have a user account ready to assign to the app.

  • You can share screens (if needed)

    What Happens When an Employee Leaves?

    SSO ensures access is automatically revoked:

    • Once an employee's account is disabled or deleted in the Corporate IdP, they cannot authenticate via Logto

    • No manual deactivation is needed in Logto.
