 How do I cancel a Team Day? If you no longer wish to attend a Team Day, you should cancel your booking as soon as possible to give the charity as much notice as you can. Cancelling a Team Day request If your expression of interest is still In Review, you can withdraw your request from the Manage Requests section of GoVo. Cancelling a confirmed Team Day If your Team Day has already been accepted by the charity, you can cancel the booking from Manage Requests. We recommend cancelling as early as possible so the charity has time to offer the opportunity to another organisation or adjust their plans. If your Team Day has any specific cancellation terms, these will be communicated by the charity.
