Corporate Reporting Dashboard
Employee Engagement Analytics for Corporate Admins
Corporate Admins now have access to a dedicated reporting dashboard within GoVo, giving you real time visibility into how your employees are engaging with volunteering opportunities across your organisation. Reports are powered by Metabase, integrated directly into your GoVo reporting dashboard.
The majority of data in the Corporate Reporting dashboard is aggregated, meaning you will see organisation wide statistics and trends rather than individual employee activity. However, two sections of the dashboard do surface individual employee level data: the Application Leaderboard and the Recent Applications feed. These are covered in detail below.
This article explains what data is currently available, how to access it, and what is coming soon.
Accessing Your Reporting Dashboard
Log in to GoVo as a Corporate Admin and navigate to your Dashboard. Your reporting suite will be available there, displaying charts and an interactive map of application activity across your organisation.
You can download any of your reports in PDF format, making it straightforward to pull charts into internal presentations, board reports, or any other reporting you need to do.
What Is Currently Available
Your reporting dashboard currently covers employee engagement statistics, participation data, opportunity data, and charity data. Here is a breakdown of what you can see:
Employee Engagement Statistics
These give you a high level view of your workforce's involvement on the platform. You can see how many of your employees are registered on GoVo, how many are active, and how many have applied for at least one opportunity. These figures are aggregated and do not identify individual employees.
Participation Metrics
You can track total applications submitted across your organisation, your overall application rate, and the average number of applications per employee. You can also see applications broken down by week, giving you a view of participation trends over time. These are aggregated, organisation level figures.
Opportunity Insights
Applications are broken down by opportunity type, so you can see how your employees are collectively splitting their time between in person and remote opportunities, and between one off and ongoing commitments. This data is aggregated across your whole organisation.
Charity and Category Data
You can see applications broken down by charity and by the primary category of each charity, helping you understand where your employees' collective interests and efforts are focused. This data shows totals per charity or category and is aggregated.
Application Leaderboard
The application leaderboard shows individual employee level data, including each employee's first name, last name, email address, and total number of applications submitted. This is one of two sections in the dashboard where individual employees are identifiable.
Recent Applications
The recent applications feed also shows individual employee level data. For each recent application you can see the opportunity name, application status, charity, the employee's first name, last name, and email address, and the opportunity type. This is the second section where individual employees are identifiable.
Application Status
Outside of the leaderboard and recent applications feed, application status data is shown in aggregate across your organisation.
What Is Coming Soon
The reporting suite will continue to grow significantly. Here is a summary of what is on the roadmap.
Attendance Reporting
In addition to application data, you will soon be able to see confirmed attendance data. Employees will be able to self report their attendance, and you will gain access to attendance rates and trends, combined application and attendance views for complete participation visibility, and participation metrics broken down by employee, department, and region.
ESG and Impact Reporting (only available in higher tier packages)
A separate Advanced Impact Reporting tier will give you the ability to quantify your organisation's social responsibility impact using an independent third party standard. This will translate your employees' volunteering activity into measurable social and environmental value metrics. This feature will be available as an add on to the core reporting package. More information on this will become available soon.
