Can we receive and respond to volunteer applications on behalf of a charity or community group?

Yes. For opportunities using the Email application method, notifications go to the address entered in the Application Email field. Enter your agreed contact address if your organisation will receive these notifications. Then use Applications in your dashboard to manage the applications.

If you have chosen the URL application method, any applications will be directed to the provided URL you entered when you uploaded the opportunity.
