Can unregistered charities join?

Not at this time. Only charities registered with the Charity Commission or OSCR can sign up during the initial platform launch. This ensures we meet safeguarding, identity, and governance standards.

However, we recognise the important role grassroots community groups play and local infrastructure organisations play in local communities. We’re exploring ways to safely include these organisations in future platform updates, with more information expected in 2026.
