Yes — from launch, you’ll be able to see straightforward engagement data for your volunteering opportunities, like how many people have viewed your roles, expressed interest, and completed their volunteer onboarding. This will help you understand how your opportunities are reaching potential volunteers.

It’s important to know that GoVo doesn’t currently track whether you accept volunteer applications or whether volunteers go on to complete the roles they apply for. This means data on outcomes like hours volunteered or tasks completed won’t be available straight away.

We know how valuable this information is for you, so we’re already planning more detailed reporting tools to help you demonstrate the difference your volunteers are making. We’re also exploring ways to make it easier for you to share updates on task completion, so together we can build a fuller picture of the impact of volunteering.
