How do I login?

We're onboarding in phases and you’ll get access once we’re ready.

Step 1: Wait for your welcome email

Once it's time for your charity, we’ll send you a welcome email with your login link. This link is unique to your account — you’ll need it to set your password and get started.

Can’t find it?

Check your junk or spam folder. Still nothing? Please email us and we’ll resend it.

Step 2: Set your password

Click the link in your welcome email and choose a secure password. This will be the password you use to log in from now on.

Step 3: Log into your charity dashboard

After setting your password, you’ll be taken straight to your charity dashboard.

From there, you can:

• View and edit your details

• Upload and manage volunteering opportunities

• Invite your team to help

• Track volunteer interest

Tip:  Can’t set your password or log in? You must use the link in your original welcome email. 

Tip: Dashboard not loading properly? Make sure you’re logged in as a charity. Volunteers and corporate users have different logins.
